Is it possible that when they chromed the caliper it closed up the piston bore? My friend had an issue with a chrome master cylinder. After it was chromed, When the master got hot, it seized up and wouldn't release until cool.
Not sure...ill look today when apart. I've had them on for just about 3 years and this just happened...so leaning towards the piston rusting and jamming it all up.

I pulled a great looking piston from my oem set I had in the garage. Piston looks brand new. Got new seals from O Reilly today and am gonna drop it by my local shop to rebuild for me while I am at work today. Lazy mans way of doing it. Lol.

why not bring both of the calipers in for the rebuild

Wow man! you do got a lot of chrome under there...😎 I agree with Flemming442,,,,please show us some more.

Wanted to loop back on this. It was so bad...the shop couldnt even get the piston to move in or out. It is 100% seized in place. Makes sense as it was dragging, then just as I was going to pull the car in, when I hit the brakes it would pull hard left...as that piston wasnt moving to brake or release on the right. So got a $200 paper weight. Lol. I have a show in a week, so gonna have to throw on a stock caliper for now and find a work around. I used a different chromer for these and bet he didnt cap/plug anything and it ate the lining...causing rust then seizing. Needless to say they will both be getting replaced. Thank you guys as always for helping me out. Ill post a few more pics of my ride in a bit.

Talked to the guy I get all my chrome parts through and I forgot he was the one I bought these through...these didnt go to the local chrome shop. Dude had never seen this before on any of his sets...he is (without even asking) sending me a brand new chrome caliper priority mail so I can hit the show next weekend. Legit service and standing behind his products! That is so awesome! I will also be inspecting the driver side just to make sure no issues there as well and repacking the wheel bearings in this corner.
