I had to use front quarter patches on my Regal and I think I only used about 1/3 of each piece to do the area I needed.

Started sanding on driver's side rear quarter panel. Not as bad as I expected on the outside

The lower "lip" area has some divots that I couldn't get all the pink filler out of. Are these spot welds ?
Also you can see in these pictures the remnants of small rust spots that didn't go all the way through on bottom edge of quarter. Will this need to be cut out and make small patch panels???

Where I am pointing... Is this a parting line between inner and outer wheel well? If so it's just the outer very rear portion that is bad. This is towards front of car for reference

Thanks
