Zoom out a bit with the camera, hard to tell what panel that is

Where I am pointing... Is this a parting line between inner and outer wheel well? If so it's just the outer very rear portion that is bad. This is towards front of car for reference View attachment 132137

Thanks. so if only the rear outer is bad would you do a whole wheel well or can I just replace the 5 inches or so of bad area???

Plan for the smallest possible replacement piece to get rid of the rusted metal.

Might not be that bad. Could probably get away with a self made patch there. It's pretty flat. Plus you can buy a patch off rockauto for the body mount piece that's in that seam on the bottom.
