Hey can u help me identify the wires on my 84 cutlass supreme engine wiring harness ?? Some one cut

At the recycling places people cut the harness wen they pulled the motor

If you look through the diagrams at MR Green and Tan should be for the headlights.
Is that the whole bundle of wires the go though the firewall at fuse block?

it's one purple, the yellow is used in other applications and the other purple goes to the diagnostic

Where are you located. You either need someone that is experienced in dealing with electrical issues like this or to purchase a new engine harness. That is crying for an engine bay fire.

Yeah i saw that..Big question though is.. which purple? 😵
I think if he could find someone with another 84 would help a LOT!! He could take a look under the hood and take pics and notes. Maybe local car club, show or something.

by the diagram you can use either purple and I agree he should get some help
