Holley hi ram

Hey I was wondering if anyone is using the holley hi ram with thier ls swap and how the hood clearance is I've seen a couple pictures around with a 2in cowl but they weren't using any of the actual cowl so curious to see it will clear the stock hood with the reinforcement cut out around the intake

I don't believe a hi ram will clear a stock hood, even without the bracing. The stock truck intake just clears, and the holley mid ram is taller than that. I'm gonna be running a mid ram on my LS, but it's not in the Cutlass yet so no pics for reference. However, I have a 3-1/2" fiberglass cowl hood that's open.

Maybe. Depends if you are running mount adapters, or proper swap mounts.
