Turna ,correct ! the guy i got it from got back to me and confirmed .Those toronado buttons have the wire riveted to the inner hosing where that spade is in the pic above.So i ended up soldering my existing wire to that spot hooked it all up and im good to go.I should've taken a pic but i was racing the clock as usual .Thanks to all for the help
 
I had a choice of 2 horn buttons if i had picked the one in your picture the wire would have already been attached
 
I ended up hastily removing the tab that was interfering with the wiring jack , and the long spade in the pic above . These are normally pop riveted in the location I soldered my wire . As long as it holds I’m all set
