How do I convert my 2 wire pigtail to the 4 wire pigtail?

My alternator just went out on me and the new one needed a new pig tail. The old one was a 2 wire and the new one is a 4 wire. Does anyone know how to hook these wires up?

adapters are made for that set up, try checking Napa

id take it back and get the right alternator :roll:

Take it back? The engine is from a 99 Tahoe and its in my 79 elco. Its the right alternator for the motor. :bump:

I checked napa and its a no go!!!!

Napa has them, Echlin part number EC80.
