how do you use a torque wrench

Dude give the guy a break. I know ase certified mechanics or professionals as you call it that dont even know what a carb is let alone change a set of heads. At least the guy has a set of balls to even try to work on a turbobuick. An at least he has balls to say I need help how do you use this tool. Maybe you where born a f'n now it all or maybe like him you learned as time went on. I think the answer to that was you learned.
 
The original question on using a Torque wrench has been answered, (on the 1st page, responses and link to video) no reason for this to get out of hand with personal attacks. Probably time to lock it up...
