How long for Belltech lowering springs to settle?

So with the springs around 1000 lbs would that equal the 2 inch drop ?
I also found this chart on the 3rd gen forums, shows a the spring rate which would you say might be close to what I have? to add that what would be a good spring rate to run for the rear springs?
