My turn siginal switch in my steering column in my 82 regal is messed up. IT will click to the left signal fine but to the right it wont click into place and i have to force it up and hold it so my right signal will come on. They sell the part at auto zone i just need to know how to change it out if anyone knows how to do this.

Sounds like you need a new canceling cam. You'll have to pull the steering wheel, pop the plastic disc/cap off and will need a tool to compress the spring in order to remove the lock ring..
This might help you http://www.fieros.de/en/articles/steering.html
You'll need a steering wheel puller.
And a spring compression tool for the center spring.

The link that I posted will explain what you need. Good luck!
