How To Open/Break Into The Glove Box?

I believe the glove box hinge bolts up from the bottom - undo it and see if you can trip the lock or undo latch.

agree. unbolt the bottom of the box.

but first i would look at the glove box, is it in the locked position, is the key slot vertical or horizontal.
horizontal is unlocked
vertical is locked.
if its in the unlocked position, then it is probably stuck. use something like a plier and a small hammer, twist it clock-wise with the pliers while tapping on it with the hammer. i've had to do this on my own glove box and it worked.
