Knocking the dust off this one- ten days out. My wife has decided to sit out this one, so it looks like I will be rolling solo. Planning on heading out Sunday the 11th, and hope to get to Atlanta Motor Speedway around 4:00 to pick up credentials. Staying in McDonough Sunday night. Hope to see some of you guys out there.

Oil change and fuel filter replacement done. Speedo is functioning. So car is ready and 95% packed to head out in the morning. Looks like a good chance of running in the rain Sunday/Monday so I didn't even bother washing it. HRPT 2023 here I come!

Got home yesterday, about 1,800 miles by my math. Took a little side trip to Myrtle Beach just long enough to check the water- it's cold. Met Lucky Costa, saw Freiburger and Dulcich in the Duster they were driving, Photo dump in no particular order.

Round #3: The little Buick Convertible has fuel injected small v8- I guess it started as a 215 Buick, but had a Land Rover FI intake, I know Land Rover used that engine design for a long time.

Can't go wrong when you gets to meet the Vice Grip Garage Man himself. Been watching VGG and others on the tour on Youtube. Hopefully they'll get around to doing the tour in or around the Mid West, I will be out there one of these years.
