Neither the grille nor the headlights do anything for me. Would look better with factory grille and blackouts on the headlights! Does anyone run those much anymore? I always thought they looked good.

Do you mean headlight covers?
 
We used to use those ( I think they were GTS brand) but the Police started enforcing something like "diminished lighting" and we would get pulled over for them and have to remove them.
We decided there were already enough reasons for us to get pulled over and didn't want to give them another one.

Back in the day when everyone was running them I wanted a set for my 87 brougham. I couldn't find any so I made a set out of plexiglass and painted the backside black. Used Velcro to hold them on and were easy to take off. After forgetting to take them off a couple times I yanked them for good. I also didn't need another reason to speak with the local fuzz!
