I never had an money to own or sell a nice car so I guess you can say no regrets for me 🙂 The one that got away was dads Red 1968 Coronet. He cooked the motor and wouldn't let me have it as I was only 13 or 14 and I had no place to keep it. He sold it for peanuts to a family friend and bought a 1969 Beaumont Station Wagon.

I never said my cars were nice...

I was a young kid at the time, but had had a '56 Chevy 2-dr sedan with 265 and 3-on the tree. Actually two of them...one for parts. I had dreams of turning it into a gasser...yeah right.
I didn't have a pot to piss in at the time being 15-16 yrs old...still wet behind the ears.

A '53 Studebaker Commander coupe that was given me and a friend. It had a '53 Olds 303 and hydromatic in it. Wish I had that puppy today.

'64 Ford Econoline van, mild custom.

'67 VW 21 window sunroof bus...have you seen what those are commanding these days...WOW!! '72 VW bus, '68 VW squareback, '66 VW bug, '67 sunroof bug, etc.

'71 Buick Skylark 2-dr HT, 350/ 350. Dad was the original owner.

'74 Porsche 914 2.0.

My first 83 Hurst/Olds Maple interior pw/pdl, rear defroster, remote mirror, am/fm cassette, vinyl interior, and a factory power moonroof. Would have been nice to own 2.

I miss my '96 Caprice. 🙁

Once my beater truck gives up the ghost I hope to find a '94-'96 Caprice/Roadmaster wagon to replace it...
