Identifying Olds engine

Bought the car today for $450. It has a 330 and front disc brakes. The car has only 75,000 miles on it!!
Tearing motor out this weekend. Storing the car on jacks,in a closed garage,til I retire.
Then I'll rebuild one he** of a car!!

Thanks guys...wife has camera in Vegas. I'll take some pics next week. Sure feel better now that I don't have to run up and down the island looking at engines!! 🙂. There are no Olds engines on the mainland. Maybe inland there are but wasn't going to run all over the countryside looking...lol

I am blessed to live in lovely British Columbia,Canada. On Vancouver Island. Gods' little hideaway...to me anyway.lol

Pulled the motor this morning. Everything looks fine, according to my mech. Going to store it til September and in the meanwhile, upgrade to Moog suspension and ford 9" rear.
Have my fingers crossed that I can sell the rest of the car, as I'm not very fond of the style/year. Wanted the motor from it is all.
A few fellows are stopping by later today to have a look at it.

I have lady luck on my side,oh ya!! Guy heard I bought a 1968,330ci. olds motor and gave me a grand for it. 😀
I made so much off that car that I'm going to now put a fully restored Olds 350 in my car. Going to cost me $8K. But don't give a rats *ss...lol. It will be the coolest ride around here...ya baby.
