Info about TBI engine.

Can anybody on this forum help me to find out more about my TBI engine?
The engine is out of an 1990 Chevrolet G20 Van.
This is the block number 10054727.
This is the number on the front pasengerside of the block ko222uxp. 014129473.
I would appreciate all the help I will get to figure out more about this engine. At least point me in the right direction so I can figure out what the number is front mean.

I think I have it figured out.
The engine is a sbc 350 tbi LO5 210hp.
