My wife's degree is in political science, one reason why I don't talk politics much as I get so sick of hearing about it LOL!
But what my wife said is 100% true. We did not vote so much for a president as we did not have the best choices there. It was voting for a vice president, and simply put Palin was campaign suicide for McCain. It's all over now, Palin gets out of the limelight and goes back to the wonderful wilderness of Wasilla. I've been there, and it ain't much to see or much of a challenge to govern.

Your mistaken if you think borders can inhibit one from understanding what goes on on the other side of the border and further I lived and worked in the US in Florida and California. I do agree that the goverment up here like your own is rubbish, in fact the system itself is rubbish. I find it strange however that you claim I don't have a clue about America as I am Canadian how you think you have the knowledge and right to make any statements about the goverment in Canada. It seems though that your living within your own little world if you think we live in ice houses in Canada and not surprisingly since it came from you, your last sentence doesn't make any sense...
