Interesting old Chevrolet film about differentals

Thanks, I enjoy those old black and white films and that explanation was so simple anyone could understand it. But it was slightly misleading because they spoke of the one wheel drive having problems getting traction. The differential he explained was an open differential. Sexism was alive and well back then as well, they made the guy run on the faster turning wheel....😀

They have a bunch of these old documentaries from Jam Handy Organisation on a DVD that you can buy. It was all about imagination, innovation and craftsmanship back then.

I'm dating myself, but those guys sure looked a lot like The Blackhawks! Good info!
 
My dad worked for a major insurance company and one of his trips he visited an asbestos mine. He brought me back a souvenir which was a rock that was impregnated with raw asbestos. I played with that rock pulling the asbestos out and it was in my room for years...😀

Sounds like a very dangerous time to be in lol. Lead, mercury, asbestos, DDT yikes!
