Do you have Al's nice red headed wife too? ...

no, my wife is a skinny little blond that lives across town with her boyfriend...... , but she still asks for money .

FE3X CLONE - i have been there and done that myself, but im determined not to let that happen to this car. it may be down a little longer than planned but no matter what i will have it done by next year. im really pushing to have it done by november though, or at least driveable.

Manuals are helpful but they don't really give you the detail an assembly manual does. Most of the assembly manuals were made from Plant Assembly Documents (PAD) documents. PAD docs were and still are used by the plant when they do their pilot runs on a new model. It's basically the official document of how the vehicle is supposed to be assembled at the plant.

Unfortunately, we don't have that yet with G-Bodys so it's get what you can when you can. My reference to the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) is the closest thing I know to look at. If you have a friendly parts guy maybe he or she will print out the sheets on specific items you're working on. Or if you care to spend the money, you too could probably have access to the EPC.

Here's a sample of what I'm talking about. I didn't attach the nomenclature (parts list) but I could have just as easily. ...
