Well the wife just came home from the store , Her AC Compressor locked up On her Cavalier.
Its only gonna be 110 for the next week, Yea..... 🙁
Yippee There goes my Wheel money again.

That's just the way it always happens to people who have to save for things, like us. You get a little bit of savings built up and something breaks that has to be fixed. :|

Ordered all the parts today, We will see how this turns out Found a place in Calif. that sells a Kit that Includes a new compressor, accumulator ,orifice tube, the PAG oil and O-Rings. I got a Discount on a Condenser from Rockauto (just In case I can't get the old orifice tube out of the old condenser). They said The compressor has a Two year warranty from Delphi if I flush the system. It only cost me half of my wheel money. :lol:

well thats good thing wife will be happy and still got cash towards your wheels. yah same thing happened to me today,wife took the 1999 century to have oil change done,come to find out tie rods are bad wheel bearings are bad and front struts need replaced. i will be doing the work my self shop wanted 1800.00

This is typical for a lot of people....myself included. Thats why my car is still not completely finish yet, after 6yrs! Money is always an issue....and always will be. Good thing though is that I do have a garage to keep it in and work on it. Without that, I woulda probably never started on it.

I think most of us has a project car that will never be finished. I know mine won't be ever finish until I'm unable to work on it and that will be when I kick the bucket...
