I worked with a 23y/o guy that quit working after he figured out how to crack the youtube algorithm. He's doing 20k+/month playing video games.

And likely sold his soul to a mindless dbag fan base. If he is willing to admit that then good on him.

Meh. What's that old Dire Straits song, "money for nothin"? Good for him if that's what he wants to do. I don't understand why. There's more to life than sitting in front of a screen 24/7.
There's a few guys here trying to be like some car builder show with their own YT channels and such. I even have one, but I don't have 14 GoPros setup and spend hours editing, either. Just the occasional cell phone vid.....

One of my cousin's kids stopped coming out of his room a few years ago. My son tells me he's a "Youtube Influencer" making similar money. I had zero interest in looking into it, so I said "cool".

It’s like working for the man, except...No, it's like building a franchise based on someone else's McModel. Hope he’s banking his coins for the day YT randomly changes its policy and algorithms and the monthly check stops.

Cadillac will be shrinking rapidly in the electric world as dealers balk at the $200K upgrade and cash out.

GM is nearly unrecognizable to me at this point.

People in the 60's thought we would have flying cars by now.

Imagine kids of today flying cars. Maybe if there was a playstation controller.
I mean, game controllers are good enough for the military...

Sad but true. The real GM died with the 3800 engine.
I can't really put my finger on when the last gasp was but my heart tells me it's either when Olds. or Pontiac met their demise.
