I found no-mask man! Look at the corner of the Corona Center building, down to the people, three heads into the crowd toward the red lamp pole. Behind the woman with the pink sweatshirt/ red heart on front. Maybe not fair as I have three grandkids and I have found Waldo many times. 
Yup, yup, there he is.
As for Waldo, I alluz thot that was the nickname for one of those artificial manipulator arms that the science geeks used in labs where you couldn't actually be in the lab cuz the crap being fiddled with was toxic or high radiation or female hormones or ???
