Joke of the day

As in Moab, Utah?
US Air Force Armament Museum just outside of Eglin AFB, Florida. That is my Z06 in that pic.
And that "Border Collie" looks more like it's a Tasmanian Devil than a something you'd want your kids to cuddle up to.
Just your normal badger..some of our spirit animals.

Badger, aka Honey Bear?? not a common sight locally. Cougars, Foxes, Bobcats, Bears, and possibly the odd Wolverine a bit further north, just not badgers. Did have a ringside seat to watch a groundhog try to dig his tunnel in the neighbours front lawn. Varmint got run off and didn't return. Seem to recall salting the hole with a mixture of Indian cooking spices including curry powder and red pepper; probably got a taste of that stuff and went looking for a source of water right quick. It keeps the cats out of my posie beds but you have to relay it after it rains.

The local totem animals include Beaver, Fox, Owl, Crow, Bear, Wolf, Fish, Duck, Moose, and probably a few more that i have missed. Goose and Deer get a personal pass as far as I am concerned; not sure if either one has any wisdom to impart or worth listening to but who knows? The only reputation Goose has is for getting sucked into aircraft engines and blowing them up, otherwise they are mostly an obnoxious nuisance.
