Class of '78. Proper Sport steering wheel since added, has aluminum hood and Buick Turbo Coupe spoiler (as shown above, too!). Got lots of attention at the Griot's Garage Goodguys meet in Raleigh, last month. Only Aeroback on exhibit. 78 salon 50k powered with a the neck snapping 260 And i row all that power with a factory 5sd while lounging in bucket seats. I too have upgraded steering wheel to a factory sport wheel and 120mph gauges. View attachment 176292

I have to say that I really like of these Cutlass Salons, but damn, you need a tire to fill the wheel wells.

I have a 79 century sport coupe with a Pontiac 400 mild build street car that is fun. Also I enjoy the hood tach on my 78.
