2014 Silverado 5.3 355hp
2007 Santa Fe 2.7 185hp
1981 Monte Carlo 350 300hp (1970 advertised, 2018 wishful thinking)
Plus I have the Keystone Power Plant (Armstrong Co.) about 3 miles from the house & I visit the Homer City Power Plant (Indiana Co.) once a month for work.
740hp + what the plants generate.

675. My old thunderbird, plus my regal, factory gross HP ratings. 360+315. tbirdside.jpgregalnewsprings.jpg

I can only play this in good conscience when I get the bulk of my HP back on the road again . . .

Now, let's see if this actually helps expedite anything?

Surprised I'm not done yet . . .

This guy at work was talking about selling his 911 the other day. He wanted to buy a new car, and that would probably be around 300hp. His reasoning was "why would I need 2 300hp cars?" This made me chuckle, and my mind started to wonder "sh*t, I got way more than 600hp in my driveway!"
02- 2500HD 6.0 Silverado rated at 300hp
67 442 468 BBO- 1/4mi. math says 497hp
85 Bonneville Series 2 factory rated at 200hp
66 F85 Olds hi-comp 330 rated at 250hp I believe
63 Olds 88 hi-comp 394 rated around 275hp
Toro OXE1028 snow blower 11.5ft/lb tq- 7hp?
Murray lawn tractor with a Briggs 11.5 hp twin (okay the last 2 are silly)
= 1540.5!

Whatcha got?
Why wouldn't you want two cars with 300 hp, that is norm, not the exception these days.
17 Dodge Challenger GT AWD 305 hp/268 tq
00 Dodge Dakota 5.9 swap 250 hp/335 tq, when I get it running right.
70 Cutlass S I am guessing at 250 hp/300+ tq, should 450+hp/500+tq soon
88 Cutlass Supreme Classic Brougham 125 hp/225 tq with the headers and 2.5" exhaust back on the 260, it feels that much better with headers and exhaust for the 20 hp/tq gain. Soon to have the 250 hp/300+tq Olds 350 from the 70S.
96 Toyota Tercel 100 hp 375,000+ km, my Daughter's car.
I put torque because that is equally important to me, if it wasn't, everything I own would be LS powered. There is also a few that used used Gross horsepower because of the year of the motor. I guarantee my 9 to 1 Olds 350 with a better cam may have more like 275 net hp, I went conservative. The 68 Olds 350 2bbl on a list, it wouldn't break 200 hp net, probably less, so you get my point. It even makes the new cars even more impressive but their 8 to 10 speed autos also make a big difference over our old 2, 3 and 4 speed autos in acceleration and super low rpms at highway speeds.
