Damn same thing happened to me. Centerline snapon center cap fell off along with dustcap. Had to get a Dormans dustcap. Crappy fitment too loose!. I did what pontiacgp said and added aluminum tape around the diameter and that made it fit tightly.

The new hex cap for my wheel center arrived today.
I don't think it will fall out anytime soon,I mixed up some JB Weld and cemented the sucker in place on the back side.
