Kids Are Impressionable

Maybe if your kid was a little more impressionable he wouldn't be driving a BMW right now.

for his work he drives to Toronto a few times a week, it's about a 2 hour drive each way and lots of traffic so I understand why he likes that style of car. His company pays for most of maintenance including tires and he has a bumper to bumper coverage for 5 years. He plans to get a old car to stick in his barn to work on it once his kids are older....

And I should add I'm real proud of my both my sons. This son was a trouble maker when he moved from his mom's into my place when he was about 13. He always carried a pocket knife to school and wasn't shy about sticking up for himself. He had a reading and writing problem so the school ignored helping him and just stuck him in special ed with his mom's ok. Being in special ed carried a stigma in schools and he got picked on. He wasn't well liked by the teachers either. I got him some help with his learning difficulties which hard to get cause they don't like trying to teach high school kids cause they kids already know everything. They had help for young kids and adults. The phonics helped my son out and he worked hard at it. I got his attitude to change so the fighting in school stopped and he got into regular courses. I filled him in about going along with the rules and he'll get away with much more cause they are not looking at him. The teachers enjoyed having him in the class so I have to give him credit for straightening his sh*t up. He's now married with two boys, has a big house in farm land and is making real good money and so does his wife.
