That's funny, D,
I thought the same thing looking at Blake's shadow. 😆 I was thinking, what a tall drink of water he is.

I think they would look awesome if they have the right size. I tried 10th Anniversary T/A wheels in my 85, and no dice. The hub hole isn't big enough.Been driving the hell out of it lately. A/c quit, brakes squeal and I need rear tires. Thinking of C5 front and F body rear disc with 17” wheels. Need ideas, I’m wondering how the year one 17” snowflakes would look
You're not giving up are you? I think it's a great looking wagon with a ton of potential.View attachment 90946 this is the latest pic. I blacked out all of the trim in the window area for the pillarless look. Now it just needs a bunch of tint and a complete powertrain swap!
And wheels, tires, complete front suspension work over, etc.
Anyone wanna buy a '81 Malibu wagon!?!

Ok, I don't remember how far it was off; I just couldn't get it to seat. I want to say they were going to need a spacer, too? Doesn't matter to me now that I got the Xtreme wheels. I won't drop back down to 15s; it rides so much better on 16s. If anything, I'm looking for some chrome TB SS 17s which seem to be like hen's teeth. Just trying to help....Simple fix with either a hone or ridge reamer.....those first-gen ZQ8s are the same
No. It's ultra solid. No doubt I will like it after I finish! You're not giving up are you? I think it's a great looking wagon with a ton of potential.
I think you'll like it once it's together and drivable.
