Oh, look what followed me to work today!

I like that a lot!

Whole package works, stance, color, wheels. I also like how the sedan/wagon header panel doesn't make the car look so long ahead of the wheels like the more shovel-nosed coupe parts do.

I'd drive it, for sure.

Thanks! That's the original header panel for that car. I've always liked the Buick Century header because it just looks right.

Any A/G wagon saved from the crusher is a win in my book! 👍🏼

Here's a good example of opportunity knocking

It definitely looks like it has potential. I'm sure if it could be bought at a good price it would be a nice project.

Unfortunately, there are a couple issues that probably will kill it

Been sitting in a field for 10 years, gonna take a full hazmat suit to clean out the rat debris (mostly underhood)

Belonged to seller's deceased family member, and they don't have/won't look for/can't find a title for it.

Too bad, because the sheetmetal is nice, except for RF door and tailgate

Sometimes you just have to tell opportunity to go away

Not to be flippant, but glad I’m starting from a better place. That said, I’m sure my wagon needs plenty of work I haven’t discovered yet. Not to mention once I’m all-in on the restomod, there will be little mechanically that remains stock.
