I'd pass on that one for $4,300 + transport. I'd find something a lot cleaner for the same price or a little more $$$ or find something a lot cheaper in similar condition. Be patient and wait for the right deal. If you have to think about it or ask for opinions trust me it ain't the one. I'm always buying and selling cars, I have a bunch of cars. When I start thinking about it, I walk away. When I find the right one, I'm at their door with the cash and the tow truck within an hour of getting directions to get to it. The car in my profile pic, I bought for $700.00 three years ago with a hi-po 350 that threw a rod threw a cylinder wall. I sold the corvette wheels that it came with along with all of the high ends parts off of the engine for around $1,200. I pretty much got paid $500.00 to buy the car. Check FB and craigslist everyday, don't be afraid to drive an hour or two and don't hesitate to pull the trigger when you find the right one but don't pull the trigger without checking it out in person.
