loose wire

getting ready to install my sbc after a few years sitting. i always mark my wires but this one got away from me or i didn't notice it when i put the car away. it looks like maybe a hood light or a warning light of some kind and it looks like it might be broken off. just hanging there bugs me. hope someone can recognize it. thanks

thanks for the reply.never had the brake light on and i thought i might have broken it off when i removed the old engine but it looks like a hard place to get ripped out and it looks like a lot of road grime on like it's been off for a long time. brakes always worked good.

As long as there is no leaks but it would be better to get a new one.
