Lower control arm shock absorber clip nut

Does anyone know where I can find the u-Nuts or are they j-nuts? that attach the from shock absorbers to the lower control arm?? Mine are stripped

in my area Napa and auto body supply stores sell them, I just use a nut and bolt on mine

They're still available from GM. Any Chevrolet dealer parts department can look them up. I should clarify, any Chevrolet dealer parts department can look them up, the caveat being if you get a parts guy that's actually smart enough to. I'd ask for 88 Monte Carl SS. Parts are the same and it's the last, most recent in the EPC for them to look up. If you get a dingbat, PM me and I'll get you the part number. ...
