@ FE3X Clone I am not gonna cut the springs because i may end up with something to soft that bounces too much. I may go with the 2in spindle first and then the springs.

Cutting springs doesn't decrease the spring rate, it increases it. So they won't be "soft".

There is absolutely nothing wrong with cutting springs, especially the king of springs in a G-Body, since only one end is flat the other is a free coil, cut there. As FE3X stated, it will increase the spring rate, since you're removing coils, each of which absorbs spring pressure.

Here in this picture you guys can see my problem. I got you guys cutting them makes them stiffer and because of the style its safe. I will see because i am not sure about the spindles anymore and it is more like 5 inches, i went and remeasured it.

Can you take a picture from the front of the car underneath, to show what angle the lower control arms are sitting at? That will help to see where the best place to lower the car is. I'd much rather see you go with tall lower ball joints than drop spindles. My guess is a combination of tall lower ball joints and an inch or so off the springs should get you in good shape.

Keep in mind that the amount you'd cut off the springs is not the amount you want to drop the car, it will be less due to the location of the spring in relation to the wheel and your lower control arm pivot.

Everyone makes a big hype about cutting springs. Cheap and effective way to get your car to sit lower.

P.S. Go in small stages if you do cut them or you'll end up like me and cut them to much then have to get a new set 😀
