So i have a lq4 that i have carbed but get n ready to convert it back to efi using the stock truck manifold my problem is that this intake was dbw throttle body and now im putting a dbc throttle body on and i have a problem with vacum line on tb hit a vacuum line on intake so my question is can i eliminate one may b the one on tb would be easier? I was think n of cut n it back and cap it or may b pull it off completely and thread the hole and put in a plug . What do u guys think on this one

I think both nipples are intended to serve the same purpose. I'll have to pop the hood on my truck (2008 Sierra) to verify but l think those are for crankcase ventilation. That's a GEN IV intake right (rectangular intake ports)? That paired with a GEN III throttle body is a little bit of an unusual parts combination. If I were in your shoes I would remove the nipple from the throttle body. It is pressed in and will come out with pliers with a little effort. Then I would tap the hole and put in a threaded plug.

03 is GEN III. Cathedral port. What's the throttle body off of? I know my brother's 02 Sierra has a cable driven throttle body.

I'm sure you can make it work but a 99-02 truck throttle body might be a better fit and they are a dime a dozen.
