I’m back with another dumb question. Motor is being built (lq9) and I’m trying to be proactive. Bought new motor mounts and clams shells. Ordered the bolt kits from jegs but they seem way small. They dance in the hole. Maybe 1/4”. Also looking for exact location of bolts. Right now I have two top bolts in a hole that is fixed and the bottom one on both seems to be a long hole like it can be moved front or back. See pic. Any help is much appreciated.

I am going to be using dirty dingo adjustable ls brackets . Has anyone used these and kept the clamshells in stock location or should I move them to the location Holley shows?

Since the DD ones are adjustable, run the cradle mounts in the stock location and go from there.
You da man. That’s exactly what I did. Hoping to have a swap to put in soon. Been a long time coming (and still a long time going) . Thanks again!
