LSX WITH A 6 SPEED?

I did a 6 speed swap in my 90 camaro which was auto, i picked up a t56 from the yard for $125, took the crossmember too. didnt put it on a lsx engine though wasnt too hard. you just have to plan out everything before you start

I got some autometer cobalt gauges off ebay. You need an electronic speedometer though since there is no speedo cable. John Bzdel is his name. He was one of the first to swap the lsx/t56 into a g-body. Try messaging him on ls1tech.com. The pedal from gsi interiors should work as well and is about the same price. I have heard of people using the f-body pedals with minor modifications.

If you want to stick with your cable driven speedo, you can use the Cable X box made by Abbott. I went with the Dakota cluster for mine.

good deal fellas! at the end of the day i want it to look as though buick had put this engine in the car! im still saving my money though so im glad im getting all this info now instead of later! at least i can start buying things piece by piece.

i havent started the build yet. im kinda still in the planning stages (i need money!) but i do have some pics of the car as it sits with the 350 motor in it. ive also got some of when i first got it, ill see if i can get them up.
