There's actually 2 p/ns. The only real difference was the little decal stuck on it when it was produced.
This was for all VIN 9 Olds cars and those without ILC, like 1980 with carbs 17080253, 17080553 and 554.
17070262 superseded to 17111207.

Has a 7H on the sticker, meaning most likely August 87 because by 1997, even if they were still made, it'd be the 207 number.
