I have used the oil stabalizer a few times with great results. Of course this was in engines that were already knocking, but using the Lucas, I did beat the piss out of one 350 in my old S10 Blazer for two years in the mud and on the trails taking no mercy on it. Wide open throttle knocking like hell, I was trying to blow it up, but it just wouldn't go.
I would definitely use it again, but honestly, I see no point to it in an engine that already runs just fine and has no issues.
