I believe it's M12 x 1.5. I think.
If you want GM locking lug nuts (made by McGard) for your SS, here you go. Around 25 plus any sales tax. This is what the parts book calls out under the accessories. These are black ones. Should match your stock lug nuts. They were 14 bucks from GM 35 years ago.
