I have that crimper and it works very well.
I've now switched to using the reduced diameter barrier hoses. The smaller OD of those hoses look better and are easier to route in the engine compartment. It did require me to buy a couple extra dies for the crimper though. The better way to go would have been to buy the more expensive kit that included the extra dies but I didn't know that when I originally bought my crimper.
