Was the TV cable properly adjusted

Yeah, it worked perfectly.
I should rephrase it. The trans had been rebuilt before I bought the car, and I just mercilessly beat the sh*t out of it the first year I had the car... LOTS of brake-stands... It still worked, but was slipping badly.
I limped it around for another few thousand miles after I installed the SBC 350, but was never very hard on it like I was when it had the 307.
When I took it around the block for it's final ride before I pulled it apart for the 455, it barely made it back to the garage...
So the previous owner(s) killed it the first time, and I killed it the second time...

I'm using a condenser from a car out of the junk yards, has a built in electric fan...thats the cheapest route

Hmm, this just got me thinking. You mean like an a/c condenser?

If so, my a/c was just removed from the car (but the condenser is still in place). So could I just use that as a transmission cooler?
