If it's been sitting all these years, I would bet the intake manifold is rotted at the coolant passages and the freeze plugs are paper thin.

Mines for sale with one less 0 and at least triple the horsepower. I'm sure I could find a low mile odometer at pick n pull, but you'd still have to remove the vinyl top.
