Not sure if this ever got air time in the US. it ran up here mostly because Detroit is/was just across the river from Windsor, Ontario and Canada had a front row seat for most of the mayhem. There was a large lengthy obit for him in today's paper that noted among other things, that Lightfoot wasn't shy about commenting on the era's most pressing and urgent issues.

It's only May and already we have lost a number of the best of the entertainment industy as a whole. Now I have to wonder who will step up and take on the job of exposing the wrongs and demanding they be put right.
