Re: My 78 Regal Build Thread. Jan. 4 UPDATE

Got the exhaust redid and put some 17 tt 2 on it. Looks ok but needs to be dropped down some.

I will be making another video with the new mufflers shortly.

Thanks. The color took me 2 years to decide. Wanted something that would catch the eye but not be overwhelming.

Re: My 78 Regal Build Thread. Jan. 8 UPDATE

It worked IMO. Anaconda Green actually works on a new Viper but I don't know that works on a gbody. Some try to accomplish that with yellow. I have never found a yellow car that could not look better in another color. I think if and when you finish out the accents and trim with black it will look even more complete.

Sounds cool!

What wheel width and backspace did you end up using front and rear? You think you could stuff any more tire in the back?

I'm thinking about doing 18x8 in the front and 18x9.5 in the back on mine, just researching still.

The front are 17x8 and the rear are 17x9. I am not sure of the backspacing. I can stuff some more meat back there. I am thinking if I did I would probably have to run a small 10mm spacer though.
