Naw xrays came out good

It actually looks like it held up pretty good considering the speed she hit you at. Not that it's worth fixing but it could be fixed if you were really attached to it.

I have liability only on my Cutlass but when I finally get it painted and it's worth something I will get it appraised and add collision, etc. My insurance company told me up front it wouldn't even be worth putting collision on it without doing an appraisal. They said the premium would be low, but the book value wouldn't be anywhere near what they assumed the car is actually worth to me even before getting it finished up and painted. I like that they were up front and understanding of the old car thing.

when mine got sandwiched in a 4 car pile up, I put a list together of what I had down to the car in the last year and in the last month and gave that to the insurance company. They told me they were going to scrap it since the damages exceeded their value of the car. I told them if they didn't want to repair the car then they could find me another one just like it and if they didn't like that deal then I would sue them They did find me one hundreds of miles away but they hadn't seen it and I didn't like the color so I they offered me to pay me for the damages to my car ($3,570.00) and I kept the car with the registration not branded. They agreed. My car was still drivable so I drove it till I found my current one. That car was an 85 and the accident was in 02. Don't let the insurance company dictate to you what the settlement is.
