my driver side, it will open from inside but its floppy on the outside and wont open from there. whats the easiest way to fix this? cause i just know its gonna be a pain in the *ss.

That happened to me right after I got my Regal.
There's a rod that goes from the actual latch up to the outer handle. There's a small metal clip that keeps it attached, which in my case and probably in yours fell off. I couldn't find the one for my door.
So what I did was remove the inside door panels and use a rubber band to re-connect the rod and socket.
