My first day back to work

I sent the last student to the principal's office for refusing to get off his cell phone texting.Gave me the middle finger.

A friend of mine who is a teacher solved that issue permanently. He went and bought a cell signal blocker. Turns it on before class turns it off after class. Problem solved. Nobody can use their cell phones when the signal blocker is on. His biggest advice was to not tell anyone that you have one, that way no one can complain about it specifically. Just play dumb if they ask why there is no cell signal in your classroom.

A couple of the other teachers caught wind of what was going on and six months later half the teachers in the school have cell signal blockers in their classrooms.

Yup, thats me. Still around and kicking. Just busy as hell. 3 kids and a new wife now. I don't post much on any of the boards I'm on, I mostly just lurk. Still have most of my toys plus a couple of new ones. What have you been up to?

Glad to see that you still have your toys and family life hadn't put a crimp on your style. You've had some interesting toys if I recall.
I think Gary , Jimmy, and a few of the old Thunder guys are on Facebook. At least that was the last I heard from them before the site was taken down. It was an interesting site while it lasted. It was run more like a private club than a bonafide website. They were a good bunch of guys.
Nothing much new, as you see I still have the wagon.

Yeah, I don't really do facebook. My account got hacked and I never really went back to it. My only social media is Instagram. Same handle there as pretty much everywhere. And yeah, I did enjoy a lot of the antics that went on over at malibuthunder. It was pretty entertaining at times.

Yeah, it was a pretty entertaining site. You can almost picture hanging out with these guys in the garage drinking beer and talking sh*t. I don't do Facebook either. They invited me to join them there and that's how I left it.
