I just got them today, only tossed one on the back so far. I'm notched to the seam and there is plenty of room. There is 1" of space between the lip and the frame rail...View attachment 82321

I know, found them on Tire Rack on clearance 🙂

They are Vision Torque 143 18x9.5" with 5.25" backspacing. Be careful, they also make them with 5.75" and those will NOT work on our cars.

Im assuming they wont work at all with a standard frame that hasnt been notched.

So if you measured 1" of clearance with the rim with the Riken's 10.9" section width on a 9.50" rim you should theoretically be just over a 1/4" of clearance when mounted, since in the future I am considering 17" rims (for the Regal) I am curious to see if the larger 18" rims clear the front suspension with the 5.25" backspace.

If my buddies around this weekend I'm going to get one tire mounted. He lets me use his tire machine 🙂 I'll post more pics when I can

So any updates? If so any fitment issues, I am really curious to see how the 9.5 rim clears in the front.

I got the tires mounted. Bolted one on the rear, have not tried one on the front yet. It will be another month or two before they get bolted on the front. I need to get the body back on the frame LOL Here's a couple of pics of the rear one though. Now remember, I did notch my frame to the seam. My thumb is just for reference as to how much clearance there is.

Tires were $84, and hopefully they will melt, but because of my right foot! LOL Wheels were $136 on Amazon
