Also going to do a full custom dash ( not likely going to use much of the OEM dash )

Already have some jegs drag seats to put in, 5 pt cam lock harness's, and a few other odd's n ends from previous builds. A1000 fuel pump, fuel cell and so on. I plan to post many photo's of my build and full writeups while I go along for those younger people who need idea's. I may only be 30, but I have had many projects and a ton of fun thus far. Im no rich kid, and I dont buy my builds, I build my builds.
 
Here is where I want to get some input however. I know I am going small block, and turbo motor, but I am kind of torn.

SBC 350 bored and stroked to 383 with 8.50:1 CR with a blow thru system or LT1 EFI twin turbo setup? I am more familiar with the tuning for EFI, yet I want something to be challenging and fun at the same time.

Anyone on here have any specific workings with blow thru turbo systems?

With SO much work needed on that car, youd be better off starting out with a better overall car to begin with.................unless of course your in no hurry to drive it and (for the most-of-the-reason) broke like the rest of us. Don't worry, being broke isn't the part that sucks..............its being broke and still having NO motivation to take on projects like this one. I commend you for wanting to save this car. Id by no means want to start with this much work ahead of me. You say the frame is pretty good and not a rusty mess, any chance of finding a wrecked cutlass in your area, that may just need a front or rear clip and having better overall body panels? Just food for thought!

After pulling the nose off of the car, its getting worse and worse. IDK if someone undercoated over rust or what, but pulling my carpet out pulled pretty large sections of floor panels out, the inner fenders are shot to sh*t. the body is basically junk. I have good interior panels and such, but im thinking this is a bit more than I want to get into. So I may simply look for another body to put on the frame, or part out what I can and scrap the rust. I mean rest. With every panel needing repairs, this will be a bigger money pit than I really think I want. As unfortunate as that is.... I am fairly disappointed that the car is really in this poor of condition. Probably sell the frame, engine, trans, interior and just be done with it.
