Then you have to look at the cowl tag under the wiper, then. Unless you can find some paperwork hidden in the car. HINT: Lansing cars as well as Pontiac cars are usually cleaned out pretty well. Build sheets for these cars is scarce. Arlington and Canadian cars had better luck with finding paperwork in them.

There may be broadcast sheets hidden behind seat covers and door panels and such. They only show partial information.

Here's a typical broadcast sheet from an Arlington built 85 442 which some refer to as a build sheet, because MOST of the time, this is what you find:

What's even better is the actual build sheet, if you can find it. Another 85 442 one from Arlington. Again, these could be ANYWHERE.

I can attest. I tore my car down to nothing, and only found a Broadcast Sheet in between the rear seat springs and cushion. (1987 442)

Wow, this is fun, pulled the bench off, saw this piece of paper tucked in the driver side back seat, pulled a little bit and saw the perf holes, need a T50 torx to get it. And on the wing, if the dealer did that its about as right as you can get.

Same here. I've had the entire interior out of my 87 442 and all I found was the broadcast sheet under the rear seat.
